Sony rolls out android 5.0 update to Xperia z3 and z3 compact

Sony mobiles now officially rolled out android 5.0.2 lollipop update for xperia z3 and z3 compact devices. They will initially roll out this software update from Nordics and Baltics. Later it will reach to other countries. As noticed early, Sony will also release Lollipop update to other xperia series smartphones within few weeks. The android 5.0 lollipop has new improvements and updated user interface.

Guest Mode – This feature allows user to manage multiple user profiles for work and play environments. You can also maintain privacy from other users by creating separate user login.

App Storage Features – By default, the user can easily move apps from internal memory to microSD card. This will increase the internal memory for the device having low internal storage.

Notification Panel – The android 5.0 also updates notification panel and lock screen features. The user can customize the notification panel features from the settings menu.

Apart from these features the android 5.0 comes has updated UI Design, default torch light app and more improvements. The software update will reach your device on priority basis, the user need to wait for their turn to download the update file. To check software update manually select Settings > About phone > software update option
