Sprint HTC One gets minor software update

Taiwan based manufacturer HTC’s best flagships device HTC One was announced on February 2013. HTC One has a unique hardware and software features. The aluminum casing, front-facing stereo speakers are highlights of the HTC One smartphone. The device is available from the most of the US Carriers like Sprint and AT&T.

Sprint HTC One gets minor software update

Sprint has rolled out the software update for the HTC One on 16th May. This is the minor update and this is to solve some issues like Blink Feed improvements, Improved Back and Home key sensitivity. The Blink Feed features keep you touch with your world. All your favorite content is streamed live onto one screen with the help of the Blink Feed. If it’s happening now, you’ll find it on your home screen. The update also brings New Sprint Zone client feature to the smartphone. The update is available through OTA (Over the Air) and around 24 MB. The update is mainly to solve the issues in the back and home capacitive button sensitivity issue.

Also the initial release software version of the HTC One is 1.29.651.7. Now the change log version of the software is 1.29.651.10. Sprint also said that the notification will be sent to the user. The user can check the update by checking Home screen>All Apps>Settings>System Updates>HTC Software Updates>Check now. After the update the user can check the software version by checking Home screen>All Apps>Settings>About>Software information>Software version.
