Gionee X1 goes official in India with 8MP Selfie camera

Today Gionee has released a selfie focused smartphone in its new X series for Indian market. This new arrival has named as Gionee X1. The company has launched this device for below 10,000 price range to target budget users. Gionee has also joined their hands with Airtel and Paytm to provide exciting offers. Talking about the price, it will be available to buy in India for Rs.8999.

Now lets discuss about the specs, it has 5-inch HD compact display, equipped with android 7.0 nougat os, Amigo 4.0 custom UI, 1.3 GHz quad core processor, Mediatek chipset, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and an expandable microSD support (up to 256GB). The megapixels of both front and back cameras are 8MP. There’s also a separate led flash for front and back.

Down to main camera, they have placed fingerprint key that can also be used to take selfie images. Other preloaded features are wifi, bluetooth 4.2, 4G with VoLTE, multi window mode, GPS, Micro USB and more. It packed with 3000 mAh battery so you don’t need to worry about backup. Also comes in two optional colors black and gold.
