Nougat update for Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom rolled out

Asus mobile has begins to feed Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for Zenfone 3 zoom smartphone. It was first introduced by the manufacturer on January 2017. This software update has been confirmed by Asus through its Zentalk forums. As per the report, the nougat for zenfone 3 zoom arrives in the version V20.31.49.2. The company has updated the full release notes of this update.

The nougat update adds new features like portrait mode, RAW image gallery preview, enhanced image capture, beauty live, Multi window, editable quick settings, ringtone & notification split and more. It also removes the following features such as share link redundant app shortcuts, shake shake from ZenMotion, tap & hold to view menu option and, removes unsupported wallpapers. After upgrading to nougat os, Asus recommend users to perform Factory reset to experience new layout.

As the company pushing this nougat update in regular OTA update. It will take some time to reach all devices. To check for the manual software update just tap Settings > About > System Update.
