LG V30 starts to receive Android Oreo Beta update

LG put an end to beta registrations and begins to push Android 8.0 Oreo beta version for LG V30 users. The official beta update is now available to download in South Korea. They were rolling out this firmware update with new software version V300K19c. It also carries November month android security patch for this device. This software bundle weighs in big 1193.09 MB (1.2 GB). It includes new features, enhancements and various bug fixes.

If you own LG V30 and having an interest to participate in the Beta test then sign up to Beta Program. The oreo beta update will come with bugs and only a limited number of users can join in this program. The issues in this oreo update will be solved by getting the feedback from beta members. Currently they’re testing the beta version in South Korea only. They didn’t confirm when the official and stable oreo roll out will start in Korea.

If you are a member of beta program you can receive this software update via OTA. You can also download the official ROM and flash it on your device. Once participated in beta program you will receive the regular updates from LG.
