Asus Zenfone 5z preorder now live in US for $499

Earlier this July, Asus has launched Zenfone 5z premium smartphone in Indian market and also went for sale at flipkart retailer. This handset was first debuted by Asus at MWC event on February 2018. Now the company has confirmed the availability of Zenfone 5z for US. Currently this flagship device is going for preorder in US via amazon retailer. They’ve also revealed the launch price of unlocked zenfone 5z as $499 and release date for U.S set as August 13. This device arrives in two colors blue and silver, sadly they didn’t the mention the price and release of silver color variant.

Asus Zenfone 5z (unlocked) features 6.2-inch FHD+ display with top notch design, protected by 2.5D curved glass on both front and back, hybrid dual sim slot, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 high-end chipset, octa core processor, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage (UFS 2.1) and support expandable memory (up to 2TB). It will be pre-installed with android oreo os (customized by ZenUI 5), in future this device will receive Android P upgrade.

At back it has dual main cameras 12MP + 8MP which features AI camera modes, 4K video recording, Dual Pixel PDAF sensor, Sony sensor, OIS & EIS sensor and so on. Moving to front, it has 8MP single camera lens to shot perfect selfie images. Other preloaded features are NFC, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE (Gigabit speed), fingerprint sensor, Type-C USB, face unlock, GPS and more. Coming to power, it packed with 3300 mAh battery which supports AI charging and boost master charging (i.e. fast charging) technology.
