Vivo X9 and X9 Plus with dual selfie lens goes official

Vivo has added two new selfie focused smartphones in its X series – X9 and X9 Plus. Vivo announced these mobiles through a live event in China. This is the first smartphone from Vivo which feature dual selfie camera lens. The x9 mobile is now up for preorder in China via Vivo official online shop. The interested users can register their details for the first sale. The handset will be in-stock from November 24.

Both x9 and x9 plus models have 16MP main camera, 20MP + 8MP dual selfie camera, android 6.0 marshmallow os with Funtouch OS 3.0, 64GB & 128GB storage variants, fingerprint sensor, 4G LTE, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, Hi-Fi audio, metal body design and U-shaped antenna finish.

The x9 comes with 5.5-inch Super AMOLED Full HD (1080p) display while the x9 plus has 5.88-inch Full (1080p) IPS display. The x9 equipped octa core processor, qualcomm snapdragon 625 chipset and 4GB RAM. But the high-end x9 plus model houses qualcomm snapdragon 653 chipset, octa core processor and 6GB RAM. Both models will not support microSD card. Coming to audio the x9 uses AKM4376 DAC chipset but the x9 plus uses ES9018 + ES9603 DAC chipset. The battery capacity of x9 and x9 plus mobiles is 3050 mAh and 4000 mAh. Both support twin-engine flash charge technology to fast charge your device.

The 64GB and 128GB storage versions of Vivo X9 will launch in China for 2798 yuan (Rs.27,660) and 2998 yuan (Rs.29,630). Vivo will announce the price and availability of vivo x9 plus smartphone on December 26.
