Honor 10 Lite is now official with Android 9.0 Pie OS

Today Huawei’s Honor brand  has unveiled new mid-range smartphone in China and named it as Honor 10 Lite. It’s the successor version of Honor 10 which was announced on April 2018. Followed by the announcement, this handset goes for preorder in China at Vmall online retailer. The manufacturer has also revealed the release date and pricing of this handset at this launch event.

The Honor 10 Lite features 6.21-inch waterdrop notch display with FHD+ screen resolution (aspect ratio 19.5:9). This mid-range device has gradient color finish back and also the both front and rear parts are covered by 2.5d curved glass. It will be pre-installed with android 9.0 pie os and uses EMUI 9.0 custom skin on top. It equipped with recently unveiled Kirin 710 chipset, octa core processor and GPU Turbo 2.0 for gaming boost.

This handset arrives in three variants 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB  RAM + 64GB / 128GB storage. It has hybrid dual sim slot so you can use either dual sim or sim 1 + microSD card at a time. Coming to camera, it has 13MP + 2MP dual main cameras at back and 24MP single selfie camera at front. They’ve also mounted the fingerprint sensor key at rear and face unlock within in front camera.

Other preloaded features are WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, Dual 4G LTE, microUSB 2.0, GPS and so on. This device fueled with 3400 mAh non-removable battery that compatible with 5V/2A fast charging feature. It will be available in Gradient Blue, Gradient Red, Midnight Black and White.

Pricing and availability:

The launch price of Honor 10 Lite starts from 1399 yuan (Rs.14,370) for 4GB + 64GB model, 1699 yuan (Rs.17,450) for 6GB + 64GB model and 1899 yuan (Rs.19,500) for 6GB + 128GB version. The vmall retailer is now accepting the preorder in China and also revealed the release date as November 22.
