BLU mobile has unveiled a new budget smartphone in USA which named as BLU R1 HD. This handset is now available to preorder in USA at amazon online retailer. The retailer will deliver the handset to preordered customers on July 12. The amazon retailer also introduced new Prime Exclusive phone with offers & ads category.

Within this section they have added two mobiles Moto G4 and Blu R1 HD. If you buy this mobile under prime exclusive they will offer the handsets only for $49.99 (8GB) and $59.99 (16GB). They will also display the amazon ads like offers on this handset. If you accept this policy you can grab this handset for just $49.99.
