Redmi Note 7 Pro goes official with 48MP dual back cameras

Today Xiaomi India has unveiled the most awaited successor smartphone in Redmi Note series and named as Redmi Note 7 Pro. They were scheduled this launch event on New Delhi and also live streamed this event on social networks. It’s the first device in Redmi Note series which comes with Aura design (gradient color) with glassy finish on back. Interestingly they’ve added the Splash Proof (P2i nano coating) feature to this handset, this is what most users expected from Xiaomi.

Redmi Note 7 Pro Specs:

Redmi Note 7 Pro features 6.3-inch FHD+ LTPS display with Dot Notch display (aka waterdrop notch), front and back sides are covered by corning gorilla glass 5 and it runs on android 9 pie os with MIUI 10 skin on top. This device uses new Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset and octa core processor which clocks at 2 GHz. It will be available in two variants 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB. Additionally you can expand the storage up to 256GB using hybrid dual sim slot.

Coming to camera, it equipped with 48MP + 5MP massive dual cameras at back and it features Sony IMX586 sensor, F/1.79 aperture, 4K video recording, AI camera, AI Portrait Mode 2.0 and so on. At front it has 13MP selfie camera to give perfect selfie experience to users.

Other preloaded features are fingerprint, infrared (remote control mode), Type-C USB, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, hybrid dual sim with Dual VoLTE and more are there. It packed with 4000 mAh non-removable battery that support Quick Charge 4.0. Available color options are Neptune Red, Neptune Blue and Space Black.

Pricing & Release Date:

Xiaomi has scheduled to release the Redmi Note 7 Pro in India on March 13 through flipkart, Mi online / offline store and other selected outlets. The launch price of 4GB + 64GB variant will be Rs.13,999 and for  6GB + 128GB will be Rs.16,999.
