T-Mobile starts the Samsung Galaxy S3 Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update

Last month Sprint has rolled out the jelly bean update for the Samsung galaxy s3. Sprint user’s were the first getting this jelly bean update.  In this situation this may be the good news for T-Mobile Samsung galaxy s3 user’s who were all waiting for the jelly bean update. Yes from November 14th T-Mobile provides the android jelly bean update for Samsung galaxy s3 customers. T-Mobile provides these updates through the Samsung kies software and OTA (Over The Air). This updates improves the frame rate and performance of the smart phone. This also makes the visual effect smoother and improved Wi-Fi calling. The update is around 344 MB.

T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update

On November 14th the T-Mobile  posted this news in its  support page as “Beginning November 14, the Samsung Galaxy S III will have an optional software update to Android version 4.1.1/ Baseband version T999UVDLJA via Over The Air (OTA) and Samsung Kies.  This update changes the operating system to Jelly Bean and includes Wi-Fi calling improvements, camera enhancements and keyboard improvements.

You can update in two ways:
Over the air (OTA) update to T999UVDLJA: The update is available to download from T-Mobile.  It is recommended to connect over Wi-Fi to complete the update. See below steps to manually request the OTA update.
Manual download to T999UVDLJA: If you did not want to update via OTA, you can update via Samsung Kies. Ensure you are on the latest version of Kies prior to attempting the update. See http://www.samsung.com/us/kies/ to confirm the version”.

AT&T and the Verizon user’s are the next going to get the jelly bean update. Samsung said the jelly bean update for Samsung galaxy s3 US users may be available at 2013. But the carrier’s provides the update earlier than expected time. This is the good news for the US Customer’s who own the Samsung galaxy s3 smart phone is.
