Samsung Galaxy S10 5G coming to Verizon on May 16

Earlier this week, Samsung has revealed the release date of Galaxy S10 5G for Korea as April 5, of course it will be the first country to get this flagship handset. Now the popular leakster on twitter has tipped the availability of this 5G handset for U.S. According to the source, Galaxy S10 5G will land in U.S on May 16, as well as Verizon carrier will receive it first before other U.S carriers. Sadly there are details about the pricing and which storage variant will roll out in U.S.

Samsung Galaxy S10 5G features 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display, Punch-Hole display with Quad HD+ resolution, HDR10+ compliant and both front & back are covered by gorilla glass 6. The U.S version will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 high-end chipset and octa core processor. It runs on android 9 pie os with new Samsung One UI skin on top. Coming to memory, it comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB / 512GB storage variant. Because of vast onboard storage, they’ve omitted the expandable memory support.

The Galaxy S10 5G version totally sports six cameras – four cameras at back (12MP + 12MP + 16MP + ToF) and two cameras at front (10MP + ToF) which are embedded within the display. It also has in-display fingerprint and face unlock features to make this device more secure. Other preloaded features are WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, Type-C USB, aptX-HD support, NFC, Dolby Atmos, 5G connectivity and so on. Finally the power, it comes with 4500 mAh bigger battery that features fast charging, wireless fast charging and wireless power share (to charge other devices via wireless).  Available color options are Black, Gold and Silver.
