OnePlus 7 Pro first update rolling out as OxygenOS 9.5.3

Earlier this week (May 14), OnePlus has launched two new premium smartphones OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. The top end OnePlus 7 Pro will be available to buy from May 16 at T-Mobile stores, while the OnePlus 7 scheduled to roll out in June for selected regions only. This two days old device (OnePlus 7 Pro) has begun to receive new software update, which comes in the version OxygenOS 9.5.3.GM21AA. This first firmware update for OnePlus7 Pro brings several improvements to System, Gaming Mode, Camera and Communication.

However the manufacturer didn’t update this software release on their forum page, but the roll out is happening for this device. The download size of this update will be in 125MB, but another screenshot shows the update size as 487MB (may vary by region). If you’ve already grabbed the OnePlus 7 Pro in your hand, you‘ll be prompted to download this software update via OTA.

OnePlus 7 Pro Indian unit has also received this software update as Oxygen OS 9.5.2 and it additionally adds new features in Digital Wellbeing like Wind down and Grayscale support (Wind down). The download size of this update weighs around 494MB.
