Microsoft Lumia 550 sale begins in Europe

Microsoft has started to roll out the Lumia 550 4G windows 10 equipped mid-range smartphone in Europe. Last month it was up for preorder in UK via online retailers. The selling price of this handset in Europe will be $139. It is also available in-stock at carphone warehouse retailer. For now it is available in selected parts of Europe countries. Later this month they will release this device to global markets.

The lumia 550 has 4.7-inch HD display, nano sim slot, 4G LTE network, windows 10 os, qualcomm snapdragon 210 chipset, 1.1 GHz quad core processor, 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot and 1GB RAM. It comes with 5MP back camera (single flash) and 2MP front camera. The other features of this device are wifi, bluetooth 4.1, HD voice call, GPS, CAT4 4G data speed and more. It has 2100 mAh removable battery with 17 hrs of 4G talk time. It will be available in two colors black and white.
