Message allows users to communicate using text and pictures. The users can send and receive a message with Mobile phone network and internet connection. Messages are categorized in to different types:
SMS – The term SMS means Short Message Service. This way of conversation allows users to communicate with text only. There is a character restriction in SMS where user can send maximum of 160 characters in text messages. SMS is mostly used in mobile, chats and more. Message can be send from mobile with Mobile network operators.
MMS - Multimedia Message Service another way communication which allows user to transfer audio, videos and pictures files using mobile phones. If the user has MMS capable mobile they can send and receive MMS messages.
IM - Instant Message requires internet connection to transfer messages via Chat applications. WhatsApp, WeChat, Skype, G-talks etc., are examples for Instant message. It will provide a notification to user whenever receives a message from another user. It will also notify offline and online users in Chat.
Email – Electronic mail also allows user to transfer messages with internet connection. The user can attach and send documents, pictures, zip files and more via email. Examples for email are Gmail, yahoo mail, Rediff mail, hot mail and more.
